Oil Conquest Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

As this site is a live action global domination game, all users must be over the age of 13 as per COPPA and to meet the age for the intended audiance of this game.

2. Terms of Service

By agreeing to these terms of service, you agree that we may change these Terms of Service at our discrepancy.

3. Account Creation

Oil Conquest is a free browser based game. We do not require subscriptions to play the game, or the access special features or increased privileges on the site.

By agreeing to these terms of service, you agree that you will not attempt to infiltrate the games systems or exploit bugs. You also agree that we hold the right to monitor personal messages, comments and member information; but will not exercise this right without probable cause.

4. Suspensions and Bans

In violation of these terms of service, you agree that we hold the right to ban or suspend accounts.

5. Donations

Although donations are not required, they are greatly appreciated to help run this site.

If you do wish to donate, please use one of the links in game. We ONLY use PayPal for our donations.

Donations are not refundable in any case.

6. Account Deletion

You agree that in extreme violation of these terms of service, we hold the right to remove your account from our databases.

You will always have the option to delete your account. Deletions can not be reversed.

7.Rules

You agree to the rules of this site. You agree that you are protected by the bill of rights granted to you and may come forth at any point if you feel these rules have been violated.

8. Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Oil Conquest members.
