Section I: General Game Rules

Conquering

1. Any consipiracy to conquer alliance members / to mutually gain resources will result in a suspension. For example: if user A leaves alliance and attacks user B who is in the alliance several times, and rejoins the alliance quickly afterwords multiple times, both accounts will be suspended.

Bug Exploitation

1. Exploiting a "bug" (invalid code / bad code) will result in an immediate account suspension. If you find a bug, report it immediately to the support email or an active administrator.

Section II: Multiple Accounts

Multiple Accounts:

Multi Marking, or having multiple accounts refers to having more than one account in the game database. We understand that there are siblings in the same household, and currently Oil Conquest is not blocked by WebSense (A proxy blocking protocol) at many locations, the policy on multiple accounts have been listed out. Additionally, we know some of you have friends, and as long as you do not violate the Multi Account Policy (MAP) you do not have to fear of suspended accounts or being banned.

Any violation of the following policy will result in a suspension, and repeat offenders will recieve a global ban.

1. Multiple Accounts Can not:
1. Trade Resources with Each Other
2. Declare War on the Same User
3. Trading Oil from multi accounts to the same user.
4. Attack Each Other to Gain a Higher Oil Per Tick (OPT) Level / Resources.
5. Creating a trade circle (User A (multi trades to user C, User C to user B (Multi)), our moderators are not blind.
6. Perform any act that can be interperated as being unfair due to the multiple accounts


2. Multiple Accounts Can:
1. Forge their Own Alliance, or be in the same alliance
2. Have Multiple Forum Accounts

Section III: User Rights

User Rights:

1. All Users (Excluding Donors / Referral Contest Winners) will start off with the same base Oil Per Tick (OPT) Value of 45 OPT.
2. All Users will start out a new round with a reset colony. No users will have a structural advantage over other players from the start of a new round.
3. All Users may appeal their bans by contacting the ban appeal email, support@oilconquest.net.
4. All Users have the option to opt out of email notification.
5. All Users have the right to declare war on any player (That is Not in Peace Mode).
6. All Users have the right to report any suggestion, bug or exploit to Oil Conquest Administration.
7. All Users have the right to have a fun experience with Oil Conquest.

Code of Conduct:

1. No User Shall:


• Promote Racisim, Hatred, or Physical Harm against ANY group or individual
• Harrass or Defame another User
• Send Messages that Threaten, Spam or in other way cause a conflict between Users.
• Display Pornographic / Sexual Content
• Exploit those Under 18 Years of Age in a Sexual or Violent Manner
• Provide Information / Promote Illegal Activities using Oil Conquest
• Impersonate an administrator or moderator or system message (I.E. a mass message when the end user is not in an allaince)
• Display Information that Contains / Provides Information about an Illegal or Unauthorized copy of Copyrighted Work
• Display Information that Contains / Provides Commercial Information without Consent of Oil Conquest Administration
• Exploit Bugs in A Manner of Altering Gameplay


2. All Users Will:


• Respect their Fellow Players
• Report any Bugs, Exploits or Suggestion to Oil Conquest Administration.
